On May 7, 2024, Kaaatie announced on X that they would not be calling their show "Fundamental Paper Education" anymore because some characters would become main while others would not, [1] but they wouldn't mind people still calling it Fundamental Paper Education. [2] However, they mentioned that there would be more episodes related to Fundamental Paper Education.[3]
On August 13, 2024, Kaaatie announced on X that they changed their Fundamental Paper Education artstyle to make it more horror even though some people won't like it. [4]
